cliffs edge

located on the heart of silverlake, cliffs edge offers rustic, elegant food, with the emphasis on fresh, local produce, and simple preparation that enhances the bright flavors of the ingredients
their menu changes regularly, and with the seasons, while ‘specials’ reflect the best of the market

outdoor area is very charming & i really liked how they had wooden furniture all around a huge tree, which you don't find everywhere in los angeles
& it is also a very romantic restaurant with lovely lights!

i went with a big group so i was lucky to get a bite of many different dishes!
don't you love it when you can try varieties?

here's their menu

jamón serrano
-pan con tomate

chickpea fritters
-rosemary, lemon aïoli

seared scallops
-lebne, cauliflower, vadouvan, salsa verde

basil risotto
-mascarpone, lemon, english pea, fava beans

skate wing
-sunchokes, brown butter, pine nut, lemon, capers

-mushrooms, swiss Chard, breadcrumb

sea bream
-fingerling, artichokes, olives, red onion, tomato
